Qdoba Mexican Grill in Colby

I love Qdoba, and maybe this was a bad day for this store, but the food was absolutely terrible. The chicken tasted like fish, the rice was not cooked properly, and worst of all the servers appeared like zombies with little to any emotion. I will still go to Qdoba, but next time I'm near this one I'll hit up Quiznos instead.

Revised edit:Came in here a little more than an hour before closing. They started breaking down everything at 9 pm when they are suppose to be open until 10 pm. They cleared off every table with chairs and placed towels on top and then placed all chairs on top. I asked how do they "close" an hour early when there is paying customers still buying food? They put the drinking back out and just walked away at 9:16 pm. Then as they get past me they start talking about the guy who stopped them (me) behind my back. At 9:36 they officially remove drinks from the dinning area. They threw towels around the dinning area while I was eating! Running their mouths about how I'm going to keep them from getting out early or at 10 pm. This has been a place I stopped to eat when passing through here. I will not eat here again! I will call the corporate office in the morning as I doubt this post will help the situation. No one here takes their job seriously and doesn't care about their customers!

I really enjoyed the new tacos and other menu items they've added. The flavors are fresh and bold. Very unexpected for gas station fast food.

Kind of disappointing. Not sure what it was, the food just didn't taste great like I'm used to with Qdoba.

Last Tuesday, I attempted to go to QDOBA for lunch. None of the workers cooking or preparing the food were wearing masks. The Starbucks in the same food court and the other restaurants- all of their workers were wearing masks. So why not QDOBA ? We are asked and begged to wear a masks so we can move on from this. Never will I ever go to a QDOBA again. Really disappointed in this company!!!

The food was super good the service left something to be desired not a lot just a smile or at least fake happiness.

Other than being super busy, the staff was super nice and they tried to make the line move as fast as possible. Very polite I reccomend stopping if you are traveling.

I'd like to take back all of the bad things I've said about Fake Chipotle, over the years. We had a vegan, gluten-free, vegatarian impossible bowl (Two sizes available!), it was delicious! My husband and I have health issues and are grateful for you providing options. Please accept my apology for the redneck in line behind us: what kind of lunatic yells at the poor lady who works in customer service, "If you serve Impossible hamburgers, we're not eating here!"? She handled it beautifully, without skipping a beat. If she's an Undercover Boss, she responded as a true leader should. Well played, Qdoba.

This is a great road trip oasis. Qdoba is delish and warm, much needed as we were fleeing a snow storm and the threat of a closed freeway.

10 bucks for 1/2 a bowl of food

My burrito bowl was great but my daughter's quesadilla had unsalted cheese in it. So she didn't enjoy it very much.

I think this place is better than Chipotle. Fresh ingredients and well cooked food.

Came with my large family and was pleasantly surprised with the taste and quality of food. Healthy food with multiple topping choices and variety. There was plenty of topping choices to meet all our preferences. Service was fast friendly and great. Little hesitant on price but now I know it is worth it, it was very good food. I ordered a brisket bowl while my wife and daughters went more vegetarian. My sons ate chicken bowls and burrito bowls. Everybody said it was good and enjoyed it.

Best road side burrito I've had in year

The girls closing tonight were awesome and made my day :) they deserve a raise. Definitely going to return.

I'm a Qdoba Champ. If you eat at this place and use the app you know what I'm talking about. As a matter of fact I like a 3 time world champ. I have over 30,000 points as of last week. ....that's a few. I know of others who have more but my point is I eat this food almost every week. Why is that important because I think I would understand the quality of there food. I cant put my finger on it but it was a different taste than I'm use to. The Beans maybe from a different vendor? That's the only thing that I could think of. Unle the chicken has been sitting around for a fee, but this place is know for its fresh food. I will give it another chance next I travel, if the food imp I will edit my review. If not i hope you have a better experience than me.

Lady wouldn't look at ingredients in sauce, which I have a Onion allergies. Said she was busy although I was the only person in the place. Meat was dry and not very flavorful. Will stick to Chipotle.

We came in at 2 today and the burrito I had made was delicious. I got everything on it that I asked for as well as having having excellent service from the young lady behind the counter. They we're out of taco bowl shells but they were more than happy to use corn chips as the base for my mom's salad.Then again I didn't get sour creme on my burrito either.

Excellent food, subpar service

Passing through the state and we stopped for lunch. Ordered the typical giant burrito, and wasn’t disappointed. Decent flavors, though would have loved if their ‘hot’ sauce actually held any heat. Burrito was a touch dry, though edible.

Food is good. Kind of expensive in my opinion. They got 3 stars because the lemonade tastes like water. It's like they try to skimp even though you paid $12 for a burrito and drink.

9 dollars for cheese and bread. No thought to how to make it work. Actually said getting the meet on the side of a meat quesadilla would be charged as a side. Real great when driving through Kansas. Also pretty dirty and a line. I'd just go to Jimmy John's across the street.

It was a good Qdoba experience

Food is average nothing stands out. The big tell tail item that shows if the food is good (The chips and salsa) was not good. The chips were tuff and the salsa was just ok.

I had pretty low expectations of a Qdoba in a truck stop. I was pleasantly surprised that it was pretty good. No complaints at all. Food was good. It was very clean and we didn't have to wait long despite the Labor Day crowd.

Good tacos and a good place to stretch your legs on that long drive from Dodge City, Kansas to Denver, CO.

They're probably good when they're not busy, my order was pushed thru, no veggies per my initial request. When the attempt was made to redo it, the guy was skimpy on the protein and wanted to charge extra when the initial order he messed up was adequate. I took the original order and made it work. I asked for the manager, she didn't charge for the order as a resolution, I'd prefer to pay for my food to be fixed correctly. It still wasn't right and I didn't trust them to redo it... which is why I accepted the order.
